摘要
对于大面积混凝土排架结构厂房的现浇混凝土梁板高支模施工,目前通常采用满堂钢管脚手架支模体系施工,该方式材料需用量大、搭设周期长,且需要在现场进行大量的钢管转运作业,不利于工期和成本的控制。本文立足于实际工程项目,提出了一种可滑移的型钢平台高支模搭设体系,研究其技术组成,并通过实际应用总结了一套切实可行的施工工艺,给出了现场一些实际问题的解决方法,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。
The full steel scaffolding system is often used to construct the beam and plate of the large-scale reinforced concrete bent structure. However,the shortcomings of this approach is the large amount of material and the long cycle of set up and a large number of steel pipe transport operations in the field,which are not conducive to control the duration and cost.Based on the actual project,a slippery steel platform high-support formwork system was proposed. Its technical composition is studied in this paper. At the same time,a set of practical construction techniques are summarized,and some practical solutions to the problem have been proposed,which could provide references for similar projects.
