摘要 整体提升平台装置是一种新型的施工装置,该装置的整体稳定分析是设计过程中的重要环节。详细介绍了钢结构整体提升平台装置的结构组成和施工流程,并基于结构稳定分析的基本理论,结合松原市班芙小镇项目,运用MIDAS/Gen有限元软件对提升平台装置的整体稳定性进行分析,得出了在可变和不变荷载效应控制的组合下,杆件最大设计应力比发生在支撑柱附近为0.96<1,结构可能的失稳发生在边缘部位,临界荷载系数为0.905和8.923,满足强度、刚度及整体稳定性要求。 The integral lifting platform device is a new type of construction equipment,and the overall stability analysis of the device is an important part of the design process. This paper introduces the structure and construction process of platform of integral lifting device of steel structure. And based on the basic theory of stability analysis,combined with Banff town project,Songyuan City,the lifting platform device was analyzed by MIDAS/Gen finite element software. The results show that under under the combination of constant loads and variable loads effect,the maximum design stress ratio is 0. 96< 1,which appears near supporting columns,the possible instability occurs at the edges,the critical load coefficient is0. 905 and 8. 923,which can meet the strength and stiffness and stability requirements.
