摘要 针对工程项目管理实施BIM技术过程中的影响因素,采用AHP-FPR综合评价方法计算工程建设项目BIM技术应用成熟度指数。首先,基于文献收集整合的方法,将影响BIM技术在建筑行业推广的因素分为技术类、经济类、管理类、环境类4种类别,并对各类因素之间的关系进行了分析界定。其次,建立AHP-FPR模型,运用层次分析法确定各个因素之间的权重关系,并且通过模糊分析法选出关键影响因素。最后,以某工程建设项目为例,全面计算技术应用成熟度指数。案例评价结论表明BIM技术应用成熟度综合评价方法具有推广价值。 In the process of engineering project management of BIM technology,adopting the method of comprehensive evaluation to calculate the BIM technology application for engineering construction projects maturity index. First of all,based on the method of literature collection integration,the BIM technology in the construction industry to promote factors can be divided into four categories: technical factor,economic factor,management factor and environmental factor,and probes into the relationship between various factors related investigation and detailed analysis. Secondly,AHP-FPR model is set up,using the AHP to determine the weights of the relationship between various factors,and through the fuzzy analysis method to select the key factors. Finally,with a construction project as an example,maturity index in technology application synthetically is computed. The calculation results show that the application of BIM technology maturity comprehensive evaluation method has promotion value.
