摘要
大中型施工企业BIM技术的应用和BIM团队建设是施工行业值得思考的问题。文章以超高层项目实施BIM技术策划展开探讨,涉及到企业BIM应用优势、团队成立、实施BIM技术着手点等,并给大中型施工项目实施BIM技术策划的建议。
The BIM field application and BIM team building in medium and large construction-oriented enterprises are the serious question for construction industry. This article argues from the BIM strategy in senior projects,which refers to the BIM advantages,team building,and the start point of carrying out BIM,etc. And the authors also given advices about BIM working strategy in medium and large construction companies. It is also a good suggestion for similar items.
