摘要
CAP1400核电站CA03模块是大型圆弧形钢结构,质量和体积大,整体刚度小,在吊装过程中容易发生变形。针对以上难点,制定了吊装方案,运用ANSYS软件对CA03模块的吊装进行了对比计算,分析采用不同吊点组合时CA03模块应力和位移的变化趋势及吊梁的受力情况,从而得到最大应力、最大位移以及吊梁受力的对比数据,选出最优吊点。
The CA03 module of CAP1400 nuclear power station is a large circular arc steel structure,which has high quality and large volume,and small overall rigidity,and easy deformation during hoisting. Because of the difficulties,hoisting scheme is made,hoisting CA03 module is calculated by using ANSYS,analyse stress and displacement changes of CA03 module and force of the lifting beam by different lifting points group,so as to get the maximum stress,the maximum displacement and contrast data of the lifting beam force,select optimal lifting points.
