摘要
房建EPC项目工期紧,国内实施案例相对较少。本文针对房建EPC模式下进度管理特征,重点从组织、合同、经济、技术4个方面提出管理措施。同时,根据某项目进度管理实施效果,提出了后续推广应用及改进建议。
Housing construction EPC project duration is tight,and there are relatively few domestic implementation cases.This paper aims at EPC mode schedule management features,focuses on the organization,the contract,the economy,the technical,proposes the solution. In addition,combined with a housing construction EPC project schedule management practice,this paper puts forward the follow-up application and improvement suggestions.
