摘要
介绍了在富水砾砂层中南昌地铁1号线某区间联络通道的水平冻结法施工质量控制方法。对施工过程中冻结孔施工、冻结运转、温度变化、冻胀融沉以及施工队伍选择及通道开挖条件判定等方面进行了监控,并对实测数据进行了分析。施工效果良好,这表明在地质条件复杂和环境影响要求高的城市地铁联络通道冻结法施工过程中,质量控制很重要。
The quality control of the horizontal freezing methods are introduced to the constructions of connecting passages in Nanchang Metro Line 1 built in complex strata with watered gravel sand. The construction is monitored and the measured data is analyzed in the whole processes of drilling,freezing,temperature changing,frost heaving,thawing settlement,team selection and excavating decisions. The sound effects show the importance of the quality control in constructions of metro tunnel connecting passages to meet with the complicated geological conditions and harsh environmental requirements.
