摘要
在多断面变径隧道施工中,通过模板系统与门架的配合使用,以适应隧道断面的频繁变化。模板系统采用侧模通用、在拱部增加或减少定型小模板的方法,满足断面弧型的需要。台车门架系统通过主门架在车站段共用,增加或减少副门架的方法,达到改变衬砌台车的宽度目的。为提高衬砌速度,采用组合钢模板全液压脱立模、电动减速机自动行走的衬砌台车。为提高衬砌质量,专门设计了配管系统,将泵送混凝土通过管道均匀分布在衬砌台车模板内。结合现场施工情况,总结了衬砌台车应用过程的安装与组装方法。
In the construction of multi section variable diameter tunnel,combined use of formwork system with portal frame is made in order to adapt to the frequent change of tunnel section. The formwork system adopts the general method of side mould,the method of adding or reducing the small formwork in the arch section,so as to meet the needs of the arc profile. Trolley door frame system share in the station through the main door frame,increase or reduce the auxiliary door frame,through these methods to change the width of the lining trolley. In order to improve the lining speed,the combined steel formwork full hydraulic stripping mould and the electric speed reducer are used. In order to improve the quality of lining,specially designed piping system,the concrete pump through pipes are uniformly distributed in the lining formwork.Combined with the site construction,this paper summarizes the installation and assembly methods of the application of the lining trolley.
