摘要
盾构机是一种机、电、液、通讯高度集成的用于隧道施工的大型工程机械设备,隧道的开挖是通过盾构刀盘的旋转完成,刀盘选型的合适与否,是盾构施工成败的关键因素之一。通过介绍刀盘的结构型式、不同刀具的适用地层;在刀盘形式确定后,根据不同区间的水文地质特性,合理调整先行刀具的型式,以满足刀盘、刀具与掘进地层的适应性,减少施工风险,保证盾构掘进的顺利进行。
The shield machine is a kind of machine,electricity,liquid,highly integrated communication for large engineering machinery equipment for tunnel construction,tunnel excavation is accomplished by rotating the cutter,the cutter selection is right or not,is one of the key factors to the success of the shield construction. Through the introduction of the structure type of the cutter head,the application of different tools; According to the hydro geological characteristics of different sections,after the type of cutter is determined,adjust the type of the first cutting tool,in order to meet the cutter,cutting tool and the adaptability of the formation,reduce the construction risk,ensure the smooth movement of shield tunneling.
