摘要
珠海横琴二桥主桥为(100+400+100)m三跨连续钢桁系杆拱桥,采用斜拉扣挂悬臂法施工,大桥结构受力和施工工艺极其复杂,施工控制难度大。为确保其施工安全及成桥内力和线形满足设计要求,对其施工控制技术进行研究,包括边跨钢桁拱、中跨钢桁拱施工、刚系杆合龙、斜拉扣挂系统施工和主桁大悬臂抗倾覆控制技术。
The Second Zhuhai Hengqin Bridge is a steel truss tied-arch bridge with a span distribution of 100 m + 400 m +100m. It is erected by the cantilever method with cable inclined pulling and buckling system. The complex structural mechanical behavior and construction technologies bring many difficulties to bridge construction and control. In order to ensure the structural stress in the construction process,some key erection control technologies are introduced,such as construction technology of the side span steel truss arch and the main span steel truss arch,closure of arch and rigid tie bar,erection of cable-stayed system,and anti overturning control technology of main truss cantilever etc.
