再生骨料混凝土复合保温(EPS)砌块砌筑施工工艺

摘要 再生骨料混凝土复合保温砌块(以下简称EPS砌块)以建筑垃圾、工业废渣、水泥等为主要原料,与EPS板复合而成,产品具有强度高、重量轻、保温隔热性能好、耐水性能好、施工方便快捷等优点。该砌块为新型混凝土自保温复合砌块,设计样式新颖。砌筑时,取消竖向灰缝,水平灰缝处EPS板相互顶紧而不会形成冷桥,门窗洞口侧、墙体转角、交接处采用特制的辅助砌块进行砌筑以确保墙体使用功能。本文结合EPS砌块特性和砌筑实践经验对该新型保温砌块应用技术加以阐述。 Recycled aggregate concrete composite thermal-insulating blocks( hereinafter referred to as EPS block) takes the construction waste,industrial waste and cement as main raw materials and compounded with EPS board. The product has high strength,light weight,heat preservation and perfect heat insulation performance,good water proof,convenient construction,etc. The block is the new concrete for the insulation block,novel design style. The vertical mortar joint is cancelled when masonry,horizontal mortar joint ESP is not to form cold bridge for the top tight,the wall function is ensured by doors and windows side of the mouth of the cave,the wall corner,junction with special auxiliary block masonry. The new thermal insulation block application technology is stated combined with EPS block characteristics and laying practice experience.
