摘要 某砌体结构房屋建造至今已有近20年的时间。由于国家抗震规范对中小学校舍抗震要求已有提高,且房屋空置多年缺乏维护,为保证该房屋抗震性能及安全性能满足要求,根据最新规范,对其进行全面的安全性检测和抗震鉴定。并针对鉴定结果中不符合规范要求的部分,提出了具体的加固措施,包括采用角钢对预制板进行加固连接,采用双面钢筋网水泥砂浆面层进行墙体加固,采用加加强钢筋的方法来增加构造柱,采用楼面板顶增加配筋整浇层以加强其整体性等措施。 A masonry structure housing construction has been built nearly 20 years from now. Because national earthquake resistance requirements for primary and secondary school buildings have been improved and the building is vacant for many years lack of maintenance,overall safety inspection and seismic appraisal are carried out for the building according to the latest code,to ensure the seismic performance and safety performance meeting the requirements. Some concrete strengthening measures are put forward to solve the part of the result that does not meet the specification,including using steel angle to strengthen the connection of the precast slab,adopting double-sided steel mesh cement mortar surface layer for wall reinforcement,using reinforced steel bars to increase the structural columns,and adding reinforcement concrete layer at the top of the floor plate to enhance the integrity of the building.
