摘要
装配式建筑通过高度的工业化模块营造方式改变了传统现场人工营造技术的弊病,使建筑产品和本行业向低碳、节能、绿色、高效、稳定的方向发展,但同样在各环节中存在且易发多种质量安全问题。为了有效改善装配式建筑监理质量控制水平,应用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术,依托于实际项目的监理工作,开发了一套基于BIM技术的装配式建筑监理质量安全控制系统,包含数据管理、流程控制、现场质量控制、文档管理等功能模块。研究和实践表明,BIM技术可为装配式建筑监理质量控制提供有效的技术支持。
Through the highly industrialization module construction,the fabricated building has changed the disadvantages of the traditional on-site artificial construction technology,brings the building products and the industry to the low-carbon,energy-saving,green,efficient and stable direction. However,there are also many kinds of quality and safety problems in each link. In order to improve the quality control level of the fabricated building supervision effectively,applying building information modeling technology,based on actual project supervision work,a set of quality and safety control system for fabricated building supervision based on BIM technology has been developed. It includes data management,process control,site quality control,document management and other functional modules. Research and practice shows that BIM technology can provide effective technical support for quality supervision of fabricated building supervision.
