摘要
以某职业大学学生公寓8#楼项目为例,重点介绍了装配式建筑框架结构体系下节能型复合板墙的设计与安装技术,项目设计以装配式建筑为前提,"节能、轻质、保温"为核心,将建筑内外墙板设计成轻质节能型夹心复合保温板墙,改善了建筑使用功能,提高了建筑的抗震性能,安装速度较快。经实际工程应用,效果显著。
Taking building 8 of student dormitory in a vocational college as an example,this paper focuses on the design and installation technology of energy-saving composite wallboard under prefabricated frame structure building system. On the premises of prefabricated building,the design of this project centers on energy-efficient,light-weight and thermal insulation and adopt light energy-saving sandwich insulation composite wall as internal and external wallboard,which can optimize the function,improve seismic performance and finish installation fast. It works well in practical engineering application.
