大跨度圆管柱厚型防火涂料施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Thick-type Fireproof Coating for the Circular Columns on the Large-span Structure

大跨度结构往往采用圆管柱作为结构支撑体系,其特点抗震能力强,可利用空间大,外形美观。钢柱的防火涂料施工为钢结构的重要工序,施工质量直接决定建筑今后使用的安全性。主要研究了厚型防火涂料施工技术,结合本工程特点,制定关键工序施工方法,确保了厚型防火涂料施工质量。

The cylindrical column structure support system is often used in large-span structure,which features strong seismic capacity,can make use of space,beautiful appearance. The construction of steel columns fireproof coating is an important process of steel structure,construction quality directly determines the future use of the building safety. In this paper,the construction technology of thick-type fireproof coating is studied. And combined with the characteristics of this project,the construction method of the key process is formulated to ensure the construction quality of the thick-type fireproof coating.
