建筑防水是一项十分重要的工程,防水工程的成败不仅关系着广大业主的使用感受,而且还对建筑寿命有着直接影响。随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,施工技术的不断提高,新型材料的不断涌现,建筑质量得到了有效提升。但建筑渗漏质量问题仍普遍存在,尤其是地下车库渗漏一直未能彻底根治,不仅给业主带来使用上的不便,也成为物业管理上的一道难题。目前建筑防水材料主要两类,一类是以SBS为代表的柔性卷材,另一类是以水泥渗透结晶为代表的刚性防水材料。随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,建筑防水方式也在不断的改进和创新,本文对刚柔相济的防水技术在E18保障房项目地下车库中的实践应用进行详细的阐述。

Building waterproof is a very important project,waterproof engineering is not only to the success of the relationship with the owners of feeling,but also have a direct impact on building life. With the vigorous development of the construction,the construction technology unceasing enhancement,the growing emergence of new materials,construction quality has been effectively improved. But leakage of building quality problem is still widespread,especially in the underground garage leakage has been unable to effect a radical cure thoroughly,not only to the owner to use the inconvenience,also became a difficult problem in property management. At present building waterproof materials mainly have two kinds,one kind is a delegate with SBS flexible coil,another kind is a delegate with cement permeable crystallization of rigid waterproofing materials. With the vigorous development of the construction industry,building waterproof way is also in constant improvement and innovation,in this paper,the gentleness of the waterproof technology in the E18 affordable housing project in the underground garage practice application were expounded in detail.
