摘要
辽宁近代历史建筑因其物质真实性、文化特殊性、地域特定性均具有较高的研究价值和保护价值,针对其亟待系统科学保护的现状,调查并梳理其劣化敏感期——冬季的劣化形态,提出脱落、开裂、斑渍等现象是其主要劣化形态,提出雪水融化带来水分滞留,反复冻融致使应力改变,盐分结晶导致盐渍与裂缝,微生物侵蚀加剧材料劣化。
There are high research value and protection value in Early-Modern Historical Architecture in Liaoning,because of its authenticity,cultural particularity and regional specificity. Investigated and combs its deterioration in winter.Put out the phenomenon of shedding,cracking,stains are the main deterioration of the form. Base on that put forward the main degradation mechanism are water retention is caused by the melting of the snow,stress changed by freeze-thaw,the salt change leads to saline and cracks,and the microbial erosion increases the deterioration of the material.
