摘要 针对地下连续墙特别是超深地下连续墙成槽施工过程中成槽护壁泥浆研究的重要性,结合软土地区110m超深地下连续墙的施工特点和地层特性,通过前期调研,结合大量试验比选出适宜的泥浆材料配合比。对项目现场泥浆制备、使用、回收再调节再利用等环节出现的问题提出改进建议,并在地下连续墙施工过程中对槽段泥浆进行跟踪检测,根据试验结果及时采取掺兑新浆、调整设备参数、优化成槽工艺等一系列有效措施对泥浆性能进行动态调控,确保软土地区百米级超深地下连续墙试成槽顺利安全实施。 Aiming at the underground continuous wall especially ultra deep underground continuous wall of tank wall of the importance of mud into the groove in the construction process,construction characteristics and formation characteristics with110 m soft soil area of super deep underground continuous wall,through research,combined with a large number of experiments of mud material ratio is selected for. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the project site slurry preparation,use,recycling and reuse appear regulation and other aspects of the issue,and in the construction process of underground continuous wall of mud on slot tracking and detection,timely adding new pulp,adjust equipment parameters and optimize the process of forming grooves and a series of effective measures for the dynamic regulation of mud the performance according to the test results,to ensure that the soft soil area of 100 meters ultra deep underground continuous wall trench safe implementation test.
