摘要
软土地区某基坑工程周边环境复杂,分布有多条城市干道、管线,东侧紧邻实际保护建筑,场地周边环境保护对基坑的变形要求非常高。基于环境保护的控制角度出发,本工程采用"两墙合一"地下连续墙+3道钢筋混凝土支撑的顺作施工方法,并对基坑开挖对临近保护建筑物的影响进行了实测分析。在基坑工程的实施过程中,严格按照设计要求,考虑时空效应进行基坑开挖。基坑开挖的周边变形实测结果表明,本工程的设计方案严格控制了围护护结构的变形,有效地保护了周边环境,尤其是邻近保护建筑的安全和使用,取得了良好社会效益和经济效益。
The foundation excavation is located in the crowded area in Huang Pu District in Shanghai. The surroundings is complex,around which there are several arteries,pipelines and the building protected on the east. Based on the environment protected,the down-top design method is introduced,adopting dual-purpose diaphragm wall and three steel concrete bracings,and monitoring the impact on the adjacent building caused by excavation. The construction of excavation strictly complies with the design and considers the space-time effect. The measured result proves that the design method strictly controlls the wall deformation,effectively protects the surroundings,especially the ajacent building,and has a good economy effect and society effect. The method provides a new engineering design choice for the similar project in soft soil area.
