摘要
成都天府国际机场6m以内软土地基采用强夯置换法进行基础处理。强夯置换法通过动力置换和动力固结的共同作用,强夯置换形成的碎石墩与墩间土、垫层构成复合地基满足承载和工后沉降要求。介绍强夯置换法的工艺流程、施工方法及控制要点,以及质量监测、检验的方法及标准。通过工程试施工和大面积施工表明,强夯置换法用于深层处理软土地基效果显著、施工期短、费用低。
The soft soil foundation of the Chengdu Tianfu International Airport within 6 m is treated by dynamic compaction replacement method. Dynamic compaction replacement method combines the dynamic replacement and dynamic consolidation. The composite foundation is composed of sand-gravel columns formed by dynamic compaction,soil between the columns and layer of composite. The composite foundation satisfies the requirements of load and post-construction subsidence.The paper introduces the process flow,construction method and control points of dynamic compaction replacement method,and methods and standards for quality monitoring and inspection. By the construction of test section and large area show that deep in soft soil foundation treatment by dynamic replacement method is effective,short construction period,low cost.
