Prefabrication and Pile Sinking Construction of H-shaped Cross Section Pile in a Project

异形桩的研究和应用正进入一个快步发展阶段,其预制模具、工艺及沉桩施工的研究是异形桩发展的一个关键技术。结合工程实例,介绍了预制工字形截面桩的草帽型模具、沉桩方法,工程案例证明了该草帽型模具可实现快速拼装和脱模,而工字形截面桩也可通过传统沉桩设备,采用抱压的方式进行沉桩施工。

Research and application of special shaped pile is entering a stage of rapid development. The research of the prefabricated pattern,process and sinking construction is a key technology of the development of special shaped pile. This paper introduced the straw hat pattern and sinking construction of the H-shaped cross section pile. The engineering example improved that rapid assembly and release can be realized with the straw hat pattern,and,traditional pile sinking equipment with the improved clamping texture can be adopted for the sinking construction of H-shaped cross section pile.
