摘要 工程建设中桩径有逐渐增大的趋势,大直径~超大直径钻孔桩的施工技术尚未成熟,复杂的地质环境会增加大直径~超大直径钻孔桩的施工难度。以平潭海峡公铁两用大桥工程为背景,针对其具有的复杂海域地质环境特征,结合施工过程中的处理措施及成桩工效,对复杂海域地质环境中超大直径钻孔桩的施工技术进行了研究;在桩端持力层及嵌岩深度、工程勘察、护壁措施及海水泥浆的使用等三个方面,对超大直径钻孔桩在工程中的应用展开了思考与讨论,给出了相应的建议。研究内容旨在分享复杂地质环境条件下,超大直径钻孔桩施工技术方法与经验,为类似工程提供参考。 The pile diameter has a tendency to gradually increase in the process of engineering construction. The construction technology of large diameter to super large diameter drilling pile is not yet mature,and complex geo-environment will increase the construction difficulty of large diameter to super large diameter drilling pile. With Pingtan Straits Rail-cumRoad Bridge project as the background,aimed at its complex marine geo-environment characteristics,combined with the treatment measures and piling efficiency in the course of construction,the construction technology of super large diameter bored pile in complex geological environment is studied. In the three aspects of pile end bearing layer and rock depth,engineering survey,wall protection measures and the use of seawater mud,the application of super large diameter bored pile in engineering is discussed and the corresponding suggestions are given. The purpose of this study is to share the technical methods and experience of super large diameter bored pile under complex geo-environment,and to provide reference for similar projects.
