建筑沉降观测是工程建设管理过程中的一项重要内容,也是建筑工程施工现场管理的一项重要工作。本文根据建筑物沉降观测的有关要求,指出了建筑物沉降观测工作管理与实践中存在的主要问题,结合工程做法和经验,系统总结了建筑物沉降观测工作中的设计、招标、施工以及工作实施中应把握的关键性要素,并给出了相关建议与应对措施。

Building settlement observation is an important content and work in the process of engineering construction management. On the base of the related rules of building settlement observation,with the engineering practice and the experience,this paper systematically summarized the key questions and solutions that should be grasped in the project,bid and tender,contract signing and work implement of building settlement observation work.
