摘要
福州地铁2号线金山站换乘段超深地下连续墙穿越含承压水的软土地层,开挖深度65~70m,同时,粗中砂、粉细砂层在地下连续墙成槽时易塌方,对泥浆质量要求较高。计算了槽壁几何形状和承压水条件对槽壁和地表变形的影响,在此基础上提出地下连续墙施工过程中槽壁加固、成槽控制措施,地表沉降监测数据表明,地下连续墙施工引起的地层变形得到了有效控制。
Taking the engineering practice of Jiangshan station in Fuzhou Subway Line 2 as background,construction technological process and deformation control of super-deep diaphram wall in bad geology condition has been studied. The great depth,confined aquifer and complicated geology condition are the construction difficulties for diaphragm walls. This paper summarizes the process of slot wall reinforcement,perpendicularity control process,and calculates the effect of diaphragm walls geometry,seepage and water pressure conditions on the ground deformations,and compared with the measured data of the surface settlement.
