关于地下连续墙套铣接头是否需要刷壁的讨论

Discussion About Whether Surface Cleaning Needed for Cutter Joint of Diaphragm Wall

随着液压铣槽机的发展,地下连续墙套铣接头在国内外得到快速推广。然而,关于套铣接头是否需要刷壁这个问题,目前在行业中并无定论,甚至存在截然相反的观点。本文首先总结了地下连续墙铣槽工艺研究发展现状。然后结合工程实际中遇到的问题,针对套铣接头是否需要刷壁进行了讨论。

With the rapid development of hydromill trench cutter,cutter joints of diaphragm wall have been rapidly promoted at home and abroad. However,there is no consensus in the industry on the issue about whether surface cleaning is needed for cutter joints,and there are even diametrically opposed views. In this paper,the development status of milling method for diaphragm construction is summarized. Then combined with the problems encountered in the engineering practice,whether surface cleaning is needed for cutter joint of diaphragm wall is discussed.
