摘要
与传统硬岩成槽施工技术相比,地下连续墙超深硬岩成槽综合施工技术是采用小型潜孔锤对岩体进行预先引孔,使其呈"蜂窝状",降低岩石的整体强度,大大提高了冲击破碎岩体的施工效率;且对液压抓斗进行改进,优化修槽技术,减少传统方锤修槽卡锤、捞锤等现象,提高修槽效率,达到成槽效率高、施工成本低的施工效果。
Compared with traditional hard rock excavation technology,we use a small-sized DTH hammer to pre-perforate rocks in the comprehensive construction technique of breaking thick and hard rock for concrete diaphragm wall,making them to be like "honeycomb". It reduces rock integral strength and greatly improves efficiency of striking and breaking rocks. And the hydraulic grab is improved as well,which optimizes the groove repairing technology and increases its efficiency,to achieve high productivity and low cost of construction.
