摘要
高速公路桥梁和铁路客运使用的载橡胶支座,常常规格尺寸较大,采用地脚螺栓锚固的方式安装,位移沿纵桥向和横桥向,以纵桥向为主,横桥向位移较小。文中商业裙楼含有众多的连桥、天窗、以及屋顶层大跨度鱼腹式桁架形成的消防通道,均以钢结构为主体配合固定支座、滑动支座以及钢牛腿和梁埋件作为承载传力部件。其中支座与其上下结构的连接方式、支座高度太小对焊接的影响、埋板标高负偏差等均为关键影响因素。研究了支座安装中要点环节,阐述了应对异形大规模支座的安装及标高控制,提高了施工进度。
The rubber bearings used in freeway bridges and railway passenger transportation are often larger in size and are installed by anchor bolts. The displacements are along longitudinal and transverse,and the longitudinal displacement is smaller. In this paper,commercial podium with a large number of bridges,dome,and the roof of the large-span fish-bellied truss to form the fire channel,are the main steel structure with fixed bearings,sliding bearings,steel corbel and beam embedded parts as bearing capacity part. The crucial influencing factors are the connection of bearing and its upper and lower structure,the influence of bearing height too small on welding,negative deviation of buried plate elevation,etc. In this article,the key points of the bearing installation are studied. The installation and elevation control of the large-scale abutment and the method to improve the construction schedule are discussed.
