关于钢结构制造车间安全防护措施体系的应用研究

The Application of Safety Protection Measure System in Steel Structure Manufacturing Workshop

本文在充分研究钢结构制造行业发展现状、危险有害因素、易发事故类型的基础上,结合多年的钢结构制造车间管理经验,提出了一套简单、实用的车间安全防护措施体系,内容包括防倾倒措施、防滚动措施、防弧光措施、防坠落措施等5大类。实践证明,这套安全防护措施体系对减少钢结构制造车间各类生产安全事故起到了良好的效果。

In this paper,on the basis of fully studying the development status of steel structure manufacturing industry,hazardous and harmful factors,and the type of accident prone,and based on the years of experience in steel structure manufacturing workshop,a simple and practical safety protection measure system is presented. The contents include anti-dumping measures,anti-rolling measures,anti-arc measures,anti-splash measures,anti-falling measures and anti-fracture measures. The practice proves that this system of safety protection has a good effect on reducing the production safety accidents of steel structure manufacturing workshops.
