国产钢材在当前钢结构建筑中的应用及质量现状研究

Research on the Application and Quality of Domestic Steel in Current Steel Structure Building

通过总结分析近5年国内某施工企业下属钢结构制造厂对钢材的使用情况及质量验收情况,间接反映出建筑钢结构行业的发展形势及钢材的质量形势,对存在质量问题的因素进行统计分析,得出了随着国内研究水平和生产技术的提升,国产高强钢在建筑钢结构领域日益增大的应用趋势,以及20~30mm中厚板应在出厂前及进场后全部进行超声检测管控的结论,便于指导后续钢结构工程施工涉及到的钢材使用和质量验收。

Through summarizing and analyzing the usage of steel and the quality acceptance domestic steel structure factory belongs to a construction company subordinate to in recent five years,indirectly reflect the steel structure industry development situation and the quality of the steel situation,makes a statistic analysis on the factors of quality problems. The obtained domestic research level and the improvement of production technology,high strength steel in the domestic construction steel structure field application trend of increasing,and in the 20 ~ 30 mm thick steel plate carried out before they go out and after approaching should conduct ultrasonic testing control,and it is easy to guide subsequent steel structure engineering construction involved the steel usage and quality acceptance.
