摘要
在混凝土输送过程中,变径管的使用增大了压力损失和堵管风险,严重影响了施工效率。首先对变径管处的压力损失进行了理论分析,得出了压力损失的表达式,分析可知在实际工程中应尽量避免使用变径管,或选择使用长度较短、两端内径差值较小的变径管。在工程实践中,变径管处堵管主要由2个原因造成,即骨料间相嵌和输送管内壁沉积结垢。对这2个原因分析后,提出了预防堵管的有效措施:要严格控制混凝土中骨料的粒径,其最大粒径不得超过变径管最小端内径的1/3;混凝土输送前要检查管路内壁,确保管路内壁无沉积结垢后,用水泥浆对管路润滑,减小混凝土输送阻力;输送结束后要对管路内壁严格清洗,确保内壁清洗干净。
In the process of concrete conveying,the use of taper pipe increases the pressure loss and pipe blocking risk,seriously affecting the efficiency of construction. Firstly,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the reducing pipe pressure loss. And the expression of pressure loss is obtained. The taper pipe should be avoided using and select taper pipe with shorter and smaller difference inner diameter of the two ends. In the engineering practice,it is found that reducing tube plugging mainly due to two reasons: the inlay of aggregate and the deposition of the pipe wall. After analyzing the two reasons,the effective measures of reducing pipe diameter of reducer pipe are put forward. The diameter of aggregate should be strictly controlled. The maximum diameter of aggregate must not exceed 1/3 of the minimum diameter of the taper pipe.The inner wall of pipeline should be checked to ensure no deposition scale,and lubricated with cement slurry to reduce the resistance of concrete convey. Pipeline should be strictly cleaned after concrete conveying to ensure the inner wall cleaning.
