摘要
工程实例地处西北地区,地下室外墙边缘与护坡桩距离过近,导致无法按常规方案对地下室外墙进行双面支模加固施工,只可采用单侧支模方案,并且该墙体为弧形墙,给施工增加了难度。经几种单侧支模方案反复对比分析,最后在施工中采用三角钢管架单面模板技术。该技术解决了施工作业面不足的难题,增强了墙体刚性防水的能力,墙体垂直度控制在规范允许的范围之内,墙体的弧度满足设计要求,外墙结构与维护结构相互独立,取得了一定的经济效益,保证了工期。
The project locates in the northwest,the basement wall edge and slope pile is too close,leading to the conventional scheme of basement wall reinforcement construction sided formwork,only can adopt unilateral formwork scheme,and the wall is a curved wall,increasing the difficulty of construction. In the end,the single side template technology of the triangular steel tube frame is adopted in the construction. This technique solves the insufficient construction operation problem,and enhance the ability of rigid waterproof wall,control wall verticality within the specification scope allowed,wall arc meets the design requirements,the exterior structure and maintenance structure is independent,and achieve certain economic benefits,ensure the duration.
