摘要
人防工程中存在着大量超厚现浇结构板,其模板支撑体系与传统结构板支撑体系存在显著差异。以某人防工程为例,对超厚结构板侧面模板支撑体系技术进行系统研究,采用把侧模对拉螺杆与现浇板内通长钢筋进行焊接的方法,使超厚现浇顶板侧模具有足够的强度和刚度,同时采用Sap2000计算软件对宝盖形防护结构侧模板支撑体系进行分析,优化对拉螺杆的布置位置,提升支撑系统的力学性能及经济效益,为类似项目提供理论计算依据与实践经验。
A large number of ultra-thick structural plates exist in the civil air defense project,and the formwork support system is significantly different from the traditional structural plate support system. Taking a civil air defence project as an example,this paper systematically studies the side formwork support system technology of the ultra thick structural plate,and adopts the method of welding the side mold pair screw and the cast plate through the long steel bar. And the Sap2000 calculation software is used to analyze the support system of the blanket-shaped protective structure. The optimization of the position of the screw and the mechanical performance and economic benefit of the support system are optimized. Provide theoretical basis and practical experience.
