摘要
在高层现浇混凝土建筑中,基础底板厚度大,基础钢筋含量高,底板基础上排钢筋支撑重量较大,钢筋支撑难度大,支撑方式不当会产生安全隐患,影响混凝土施工质量。采用扣件式钢管脚手架支撑有整体性好、稳定性高、安全、施工速度快、减少成本的优点。经过云报传媒广场建设项目的应用研究,确定了扣件式钢管脚手架具体的施工工艺,及防渗水控制措施,供类似项目参考。
In the high-rise cast-in-place concrete floor building process,security risks will be created and the concrete construction quality will be influenced when the foundation plate thickness is large,the foundation steel content is high,the weight of the steel bar on the foundation plate is bigger,the reinforcement support is difficult,and the support mode is improperly. The use of fastener steel scaffolding support has advantages suh as good overall,high stability,safety,construction speed and reduce the cost. After the application research of Yunnan newspaper media square construction project,fastener type steel scaffolding specific construction technology and seepage control measures are applied,which can be reference for similar projects.
