摘要
厦门地铁5号线施工总承包项目在总承包管理层与土建施工层分离的组织架构模式下,探索制定了项目管理制度和核心业务流程,对提升施工总承包过程中计划管理、设计与深化设计管理、合约采购管理、专业分包管理、公共资源管理等"五项核心管理"进行了有益尝试,为企业可持续发展、转型升级培育了新的竞争优势。
To enhance the competitiveness of company in the respects of its sustainability and business evolvement,project management system and cooperative structure are exhaustively investigated and improved upon. A good example was set by the EPC project of Xiamen Underground Line 5,which is operated under an organizational structure where the levels of EPC management and civil construction management are conducted separately. In addition,health attempts of five core management procedures( i. e. Schedule Management,Design and Specification Management,Procurement Management,Subcontractors Management and Public Resource Management) are practised.
