为研究我国海外施工总承包工程施工过程中设计管理工作遇到的问题,探索设计管理的思路和方法,通过对比海内外建筑工程的设计流程及设计深度的差异,分析海外建筑工程的特殊性、设计管理过程中的难点及设计管理工作的重要性,结合工程实例,详细论述设计管理工作在实际工程中遇到的问题及解决办法,主要包括注重外部接口的协调并制定符合本项目的外部设计协调流程,统一项目内部各专业的图纸深化和优化工作,加强设计管理人员的专业培养及属地化管理等。将该方法运用到设计管理工作中,能有效提高设计管理工作效率,减少施工问题的发生,使得项目从设计到施工的流程畅通,节省工期及资金。

To research the problems of design management of overseas construction general contract project in the construction process in China,and explore the ideas and methods of design management,the design process and design depth of construction projects at home and abroad are compared in the way of analyzing the particularity of overseas construction projects,the difficulty in the process of design management and the importance of design management. Combined with actual project examples,the problems and solutions about design management,which mainly include paying attention to the coordination of external interface,formulating the design process that conforming to the objective external coordination,unifying internal drawings to deepen and optimize each major project and strengthening training of design management professional and local administration and so on,are discussed in detail. By applying this method to design management work,the efficiency of design management can be improved effectively,and the problems during the construction will be reduced,which makes the project progress fluent from the design stage to the construction stage,and the time and money saved.
