随着社会的高速发展,在建筑工程领域内如何加快建造速度,提高施工效率已经成为人们关注的热点。以大型场馆等公共建筑项目为例,如何应用信息化技术对快速建造中的工期进行优化和控制进行探讨,采用视频监控系统、建筑模型(BIM)、工期管理制作软件、信息管理系统等工具对公共建筑快速建造的过程中对工期进行优化和管理。通过对传统施工方法的改进,同时保证了施工过程的安全性,证明了基于精细化管理和快速建造技术的新型施工技术作为一种新的施工方法的合理性与重要性。

With the rapid development of modern society,how to speed up the construction in construction engineering field,improve the efficiency of construction has become a hot topic of people. This article mainly in large public buildings,for example,how to apply the information technology of fast construction time limit for a project to optimize and control were discussed,and the video monitoring system,building Information modeling( BIM),time limit for a project management software,information management system tools such as fast construction of public works to the time limit for a project in the process of the optimization and management.
