随着国家十三五建筑行业新政策的出台,BIM技术在设计、施工、运维等方面的应用得到了广泛的关注。尤其在施工领域,目前施工总承包模式是国家大力倡导的未来大型施工企业承接项目的主要模式,如何在项目建设期,充分发挥BIM技术的优势,为项目降本增效、为企业创造价值,成为改革新形势下建筑信息化推广的关键。以佛山某项目施工阶段BIM应用为例,介绍了BIM总承包管理在项目管理中所发挥的作用,以及通过应用BIM技术为项目及企业所带来的价值。

With the introduction of the new policy of the country's 13 th five-year construction industry,the application of BIM technology in design,construction,operation and maintenance has gained wide attention. Especially in the field of construction,the construction general contracting mode is the future of the country strongly advocated the main mode of large-scale construction enterprise to undertake projects,how tobe in the project construction,give full play to the advantages of BIM technology,create value for project authors efficiency for the enterprise,become the reform under the new situation,the key to build informatization promotion. Taking BIM application as an example in the construction phase of a project in Foshan,this paper introduces the role of BIM total package management in project management,and the value of BIM technology for projects and enterprises through application of BIM technology.
