Safety Management of Closeout in Construction Site

施工现场进入施工收尾阶段后,管理人员和施工人员的安全思想放松,安全意识下降。作业人员点多面广,比较分散,交叉作业多,具有不确定性、偶然性、隐蔽性,非施工性的不可控因素增多,安全方面的问题存在较多。结合笔者的工作经验对现场收尾安全管理作了简易分析。

When the construction goes into the finishing stage,the safety thought of management personnel and construction personnel is easy to relax,and safety awareness of workers decreases over a broad area. The workers scatter,and across operation,has uncertainty,contingency,concealment,so uncontrollable factors increases,there are more security problems. Combined with the author 's working experience,a simple analysis of safety management of field closeout is made.
