目前我国施工企业正在进行着快速的发展,随着人们环境意识不断提升,这不管是对施工企业其选材还是施工质量标准都有了更高的要求。本文全面分析了我国施工企业在发展过程中的管理执行力问题,结合实践经验提出的一些看法,以能够提升施工企业的管理执行力。

Construction enterprise is in the rapid development step in China,as people improve environmental consciousness,that the selection of construction companies and construction quality standards have higher requirements. This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems of management execution of Chinese construction enterprises in the development process,and puts forward some views in combination with practical experience,so as to improve the management execution of construction enterprises.
