摘要
结合新建香丽高速公路岩羊大桥设计与施工,针对桥梁高墩承台结构尺寸大、温度裂缝控制环节多、工序组织要求紧凑的特点,详细阐述公路桥梁大体积混凝土施工工艺与温控关键技术措施,实践证明,该施工工艺能有效对大体积混凝土进行温度检测和控制,切实避免水泥水化热及体积变化引起的裂缝,提高了混凝土质量,取得了良好的技术及经济效益。
Based on design and construction of the new Xiangli Expressway Yanyang Bridge,the key technical measures of the construction technology and temperature control of expressway bridges are described in detail,which aims at the big structure size of bridge high pier caps,temperature crack control and process organization required compact features. The practice proves that the construction process can effectively defect and control large volume concrete,avoid the cement hydration heat and the volume change caused by cracks,improve the quality of the concrete. It is good to obtain the technical and economic benefits.
