满堂支架现浇上承式钢筋混凝土空腹式箱形拱桥落架分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对满堂支架现浇上承式钢筋混凝土空腹式箱形拱桥落架的研究。以一座(30+50+30)箱形m上承式钢筋混凝土空腹式箱形拱桥为例,利用Midas/civil 2015建立拱圈满堂支架有限元模型,分析了不同落架顺序对于拱圈的影响,得出满堂支架的一次性落架会造成落架过程中拱圈的拉应力偏大,致使拱圈的抗拉安全储备较小。通过分析得出一种将一次性落架与循环落架结合的落架方法,这种落架方法使落架过程中的拱圈拉应力变小,增大了拱圈的抗拉能力的安全储备。 The study on the removing scaffolds of the concrete hollow box arch bridge of the manchu stand is put forward.In this paper,the finite element model of the arch ring is constructed by Midas/civil2015,and the influence of different falling scaffolds on the arch ring is analyzed. It is concluded that the one-time removing of the scaffolds can cause the arch ring to be a large tensile stress,so that the anti-tensile safety reserve of the arch ring is small. By the analysis of the combination of one-time removing and a cycle removing,this method makes the arch ring stress smaller in the removing scaffolds,and increases the safety reserve of the tensile strength of the arch ring.
