Application of the Lower Guide Type with No-main Girder Hanging Basket in the Cantilever Construction of Wide Bridge

结合周口市扶沟县东关大桥悬臂施工工程实例,介绍了下导式无主桁斜拉挂篮的设计结构形式,通过对承重系统、走行系统、底篮系统、悬吊系统等方面进行阐述,分析了该挂篮结构的适用性,详细研究了下导式无主桁斜拉挂篮施工工艺。工程实践表明,下导式无主桁斜拉挂篮在悬臂桥梁施工中的应用效果显著。

Take the cantilever construction project of Dongguan Bridge in Fugou,Zhoukou city as an example,this paper introduces the design structure of the lower guide type with no-main girder hanging basket. Through expounding the loadcarrying system,the walking system,the bottom basket system and the suspension system,this paper analyzed the applicability of this hanging basket structure and studied the construction technology of the lower guide type with no-main girder hanging basket in detail. Engineering practices show that this kind of hanging basket has significant application in construction.
