摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS建立圆管涵-土体三维实体模型对钢筋混凝土圆管涵在高填方土体作用下的受力特性进行数值分析,根据力学特性结合工程实例对圆管涵损伤原因及加固方法进行研究分析。研究表明,依托于计算机仿真技术采用有限元分析方法能够得到高填方下圆管涵较真实力学特征;填土高度大于20m,圆管涵顶部内壁由于受拉强度高于限值而产生大量裂缝;根据现场实况对结构进行加固,该方法经过有限元分析验证了其合理性与可靠性。
Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,three-dimensional solid model of the pipe culvert-soil is established,and the mechanical characteristics of the reinforced concrete pipe culvert under the action of high fill soil are numerically analyzed,According to the mechanical characteristics with the engineering example,the damage reason and reinforcement method of the pipe culvert are deeply studied. Research shows,relying on the computer simulation technology,the finite element analysis method can be used to obtain the true mechanical characteristics of the high fill pipe culvert; Fill height is greater than 20 m,due to the tensile strength above the limit,a lot of cracks occur in the top wall of the pipe culvert; Reinforce the structure according to the live situation,the method is proved to be reasonable and reliable by finite element analysis.
