摘要
某湿陷性黄土地层十字交叉洞室初衬开裂后,根据变形监测结果,对开裂原因进行了分析,包括配合比及养护原因、喷射方法及质量,受力过大等,分析结果表面:过大的围岩压力是造成开裂的主要原因。采用双层钢对撑加固后,裂缝未继续扩大,保证了二衬的正常浇筑。
The method of appraisal and strengthening of a sprayed concrete lining of cross tunnel in collapsible loess is introduced in detail. The cracks were due to excess pressure of surrounding rock after excluding the proportion and curing conditions of sprayed concrete,sprayed method and quality based on the monitoring data. The expansion of cracks was stopped when the steel support structure was installed.
