摘要
数控车间,是钢筋数控加工技术在天河机场三期项目进行试点的一个重要载体,车间主要就BIM技术在钢筋模型化翻样、集成化数控加工、信息化高效配送等方面进行应用研究。通过使用数控加工设备,打通与BIM翻样模型数据的数据对接,通过集成化方式与信息化手段,提高钢筋加工效率,同时降低劳动强度与材料损耗。
Numerically controlled workshop is an important carrier of reinforcement numeric control machining technologyin the third-stage probation project of Tianhe Airport. The workshop mainly carries out applied research of BIM technology in reinforcement modeling detailing,integrated numeric control machining,informatized efficient distribution,etc. The numeric control machining equipment is used to achieve data matching of BIM detailing modeleddata,while integrated means and informational methods can be employed to improve efficiency of reinforcement machining and reduce labor intensity and material consumption.
