摘要
首钢铸造村集资建房项目4号、7号住宅楼工程主体结构、二次结构、水平构件等构配件均为预制生产工厂化、现场结构施工装配化、外墙保温、装饰一体化。利用BIM管理平台,实行模型分析,管线综合,碰撞检测,现场布置,施工模拟以及全程预制构件二维码信息技术,达到了理想的效果。
Main structure,secondary structure,horizontal component and other components of No. 4,No. 7 apartment building of Shougang Foundry Village to collect funds project,are prefabricated production factory,construction and assembly of site structure,external wall insulation,decorative integration. The model analysis,pipeline synthesis,collision detection,site layout,construction simulation and whole-process precast member QR code information technology is carried out byusing the BIM management platform,and achieve perfect effect.
