摘要
蒸汽发生器是核电站关键设备之一,是承担重要核安全功能的大型容器,具有结构精密、质保等级高、价值高、制造周期长等特点,设备在现场的吊装作业不容有失。蒸汽发生器的结构形式决定了吊装作业只能采用平衡梁兜底吊的方法,吊装难度大,风险高。通过对核电蒸汽发生器的吊装方法进行分析,得出影响吊装风险的倾斜度极限值,提出控制吊装风险的两项措施。实践证明,该措施能有效保证蒸汽发生器吊装的平衡,确保吊装作业的安全。
Steam generator is one of the key equipment of nuclear power station,and is a large container which assumes important nuclear safety function. With precise structure,high quality assurance level,high value and long manufacturing cycle,lifting operation of the steam generator in the site cannot be lost. The structure of the steam generator determines that the lifting operation can only use lifting beam and choose the bottom as lifting points,so the lifting is difficult and the risk is high. In this paper,by analyzing the lifting form of nuclear power steam generator,the tilt limit that affects the risk of lifting is obtained,and two measures to control the risk of lifting are developed. Practice has proved that the measures can effectively ensure the lifting balance of steam generator,to ensure the safety of lifting.
