摘要
对气动锤进行改进研制了土遗址夯补特种施工机具D,Q型夯补锤,通过现场试验得到机具在输入风压为0.8MPa、待夯土体含水率为19%、虚土铺设厚度为30cm、每层虚土夯击遍数为6遍的情况下最易达到土遗址夯筑的压实度要求。总结了D,Q型夯补锤进行土遗址夯补施工的工艺流程,从一定程度上解决了传统人工夯补时作业效率低、质量控制靠经验、狭小空间无法施展的问题。
The hydraulic hammer has been improved to make the special construction machine tool D and Q-type ramming hammer. It is obtained by field test equipment that the input air pressure is 0. 8 MPa,rammed earth moisture content is19%,the thickness of the clay is 30 cm,each layer is rammed through 6 times,it is easy to achieve the earthen sites of the degree compaction requirements. Summed up the construction process D,Q-type ramming hammer for earthen sites ramming. This paper deals with the problem of low efficiency of the traditional manual trampling operation and low quality control by experience and limited space that can not display.
