摘要
风管预制加工的出现,可以缓解工作面不具备带来的施工工期的压缩的情况,是一种均衡施工的前置思维。风管工厂化采取BIM技术进行管段分节、布料、生成料单,交付风管加工设备流水线生产标准化的风管半成品,如L形板,工艺质量得以充分保障,流水线的制作也是生产率的提升。结合具体工程实例,阐述了具体的实施方法。
The prefabrication of the air conditioning duct can alleviate the compression of the construction period which the work surface does not have. It is a balanced construction of pre thinking. The air conditioning duct factory production adopt BIM technology for pipe sections,cloth,generate material delivery,the air conditioning duct of the processing equipment of production line of standardized air conditioning duct semi-finished products,such as " L" plate,to fully protect the process quality,pipeline production also will bring high productivity. Combined with specific engineering example,the concrete implementation method is expounded.
