装配式隔墙板裂缝控制关键技术分析

Analysis of Key Techniques for the Crack Control in Fabricated Partition Wallboard Construction

装配式隔墙板是一种工厂化预制的建筑部品,是提高我国装配式建筑装配率和墙体非砌筑率的重要新型墙体材料,具有自重轻、成本低、安装效率高、保温隔热等优点。由于装配式隔墙板受原材料配比设计、配套材料、成型工艺、安装工序、结构荷载等作用,工程应用中产生裂缝的现象日益增多,介绍了装配式隔墙板的种类和性能特点,分析了裂缝成因机理和裂缝的控制要点,对现阶段配套填缝和饰面涂装材料性能的不足提出了建议。

The partition wallboard is a factory prefabricated building block. It is a important new wall material to improve the prefabricated rate of buildings and the non-masonry rate of walls. It has features of light weight,low cost,high installation efficiency,thermal insulation and other advantages. Because the prefabricated partition wallboard is affected by the raw material ratio design,the supporting material,the forming process,the installation procedure,the structure load and so on,cracks are increasing in engineering applications,The types and performance characteristics of fabricated partition wallboard are introduced. The causes of cracks and the control points of cracks are analyzed. Some suggestions on the performance of the joint filling and facing coating materials at present stage are put forward.
